Advitalize’s “Done-for-You” service package seeks to grow your firm’s profits, and this increases the value of your firm (and your own net worth). 

There’s another source of wealth creation for you: We grant Advitalize equity to each of our client-RIA firms at no cost (see the chart below).

Founding RIAs – the first 20 firms – each receive a percentage grant and participating firms (after the first 20) will receive an equity distribution from a 5% dividend pool funded from Advitalize’s liquidity events (see below). (Note:  the more AUM placed with Advitalize, the higher the award). Why is a Founding RIA’s equity grant much more valuable than a Participating RIA’s dividend? We recognize, as a new TAMP, there is more risk to be in the first batch of client-RIAs and with more risk, comes more reward.

Another question you might have is: “Why would Advitalize do this?”

We want our client-RIAs active in Advitalize. As equity owners, each client-RIA will have a strong incentive to provide expert guidance that enhances services, removes obstacles, and increases market access.  From our side, Advitalize becomes more and more competitive because each of our client-RIAs is invested in its success, In other words, our client-RIAs win as Advitalize’s valuation increases.

Could there be a better model than this for aligning our common interests? We don’t think so.
